Tried to order on doordash. My first driver picked up the food and then cancelled the order, which prompted doordash to refund me and place a new order automatically. The restaurant then decided that they would not make my food a second time and wasted both my and the new driver's time by forcing me to call doordash support to cancel the order when the driver was already in the restaurant to pick up the order. Genuinely terrible customer service, I don't recommend ever ordering from here.

I placed my order at 4:50 p.m., I called at 5:30 p.m. to get news because still nothing received. They tell me the delivery man is on his way. It is currently 6:34 p.m. still no news.

I must say that rarely have I been so disappointed with a service. I contacted this establishment to inquire about food allergies, but instead of a courteous and informative response, I was greeted with disconcerting coldness and an unpleasant attitude. Thinking this could happen to anyone, I went ahead and ordered.
However, the troubles did not end there. Not only was my order double charged, but after the refund I was informed that my entire order had been canceled without a valid explanation. I had to wait forever for them to redo my order, and it took almost an hour and a half to receive two pitas. And even if their condition left something to be desired, the taste was still satisfactory, fortunately!
It is undeniable that a little good humor and professionalism on the part of the employees would not be too much. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and decent service.

An unpleasant experience. I am a regular customer of Amir. I expected to have the same service as the other Amirs. Quantity not generous at all. Shish taouk dish was not satisfactory and the attitude of the staff is terrible.

Really false advertising. The menu indicates a promotion for 2 plates of shawarma. They called me back to tell me that it’s not possible and it’s clearly indicated on the menu. Several times there were order errors too. I didn't care too much about it. But refusing me an announced special is something I don’t accept.Daniel BrodeurWith this, I will never order it again.
