Drive-thru service so slow and not efficient. When orders are not ready, park the car to serve other customers. More than 20 minutes in line for a chicken leg and a fries!!

I just received my order, a chicken leg. It's so salty it makes the inside of my cheeks and tongue sting. I call them to let them know and tell them that my meal is going in the trash. The gentleman seemed not to believe me since I was the only customer there who
called to complain
I have been to this restaurant before and the service was always excellent and fast. Now the service is terribly slow, you can clearly see the kitchen employees working as slowly as possible while around twenty customers wait for their orders. Precisely 42 minutes for two poutines. In addition, when I arrived home, the order was wrong, it was regular poutines instead of country poutines. Go to another Benny.

Wow. I've worked in restaurants and customer service my whole life, I know what good service is, and I've never had such lousy service. I haven't received my entire order (12 mini mozzarella sticks missing), I call and ask if they can deliver them to me. They tell me no, but that they can compensate me. I understand, but as I am traveling, I ask to have 2 x 12 mini sticks, I am told that they cannot but that 18 sticks is correct. I accept.
I eat quickly, I drive 10 minutes, I get there and... no one believes me.
An employee comes to the window and tells me that he made my order personally and that he did not forget the sticks and he has a witness. He tells me my order but... it's not my order. Then, he tells me that the sticks are "probably" in the bag in the club sandwich box. There was no bag in the club sandwich box.
After a few minutes of persistence, the employee told me that he could make me the 12 sticks. I told him that eventually I will take a refund. I have to wait 3 to 5 days to see if I will really receive it...
From the beginning of the interaction, the employee has an attitude and makes me feel like I'm a liar, a profiteer, despite it being THEIR mistake.
One thing is for sure: I'm going to make sure I never go back to that Benny and spread the word to all my friends.
