I bought several pastries there.
All dry. If $$ for old pastries..
Don't sell them if they aren't fresh.
I went to pick up 2 trays of sandwiches on December 31st.
Total disappointment there must have been egg,
Chicken and ham. Unfortunately none with ham!!! Plus they were mushy and stuck together. For $106.00 I expected much better.

December 23rd 2024, Sorted to purchase a cake, tourtiere and bread for Christmas, but I couldn't they closed early, the paper pinned on the door said they closed at 5pm.

It's my first time at Première Moisson, nothing I bought was fresh, but the service was good and the place is quiet.
The millefeuille was not at all crispy, proof that it was no longer fresh. Disappointed with the quality of the cakes.
