J'avais arrêté d'y aller depuis un long moment puisque je trouvais les employés blasés et antipathiques. J'y suis retournée aujourd'hui le 3 mars 2024 et wow! Les employés qui nous servaient étaient adorables, énergiques et hyper attentionnés! Ces employés méritent d'être gratifiés pour leur énergie positive, malgré l'achalandage. Félicitations à eux!

I don't understand the craze behind this coffee. I went there twice to have coffee with a friend. Seems to be the only one around. Maybe that's why he's so popular.Both times my coffee was really ordinary. A café mocha that tasted neither coffee nor mocha. A regular iced coffee, especially for the price. Tasteless.Seriously poor quality coffee.I had a muffin, didn't taste much and dry.Yesterday I had the brownies with marshmallow… seriously disappointed. As if the brownie had been there for 3 days. Really dry, tasteless. Texture of old chocolate cake. I didn't even finish it. I took 2 bites and ended up throwing it away at home.The service can be long. There are often three behind the counter talking, no one even looks at us. I wanted to ask for a bag to take my famous brownie, I waited a long time before anyone looked at me.This is the last time I'm going there.Honestly the quality is better at Tim Hortons (and I never go there).
