I know that times are tough for some stores... however, very strange to tell your customers that you haven't placed an order because times are tough but that you refuse several refills? Contradictory no. If you want to make money, just order, don't refuse to sell!!!The owner's manners clearly leave something to be desired. Several months ago she flat out told me that I couldn't afford to buy an expensive cream from her store even though she doesn't know me at all.From now on I would make the detour to the Mascouche store where there is never a lack of anything. In short, I will never return to your store again.

I love PURE bulk products!I tried their stain remover and what a surprise! Take a look at my partner’s sweaters for yourself! After several washes, the stains were still there, but only after a test with PURE stain remover and arm oil, this is the result!The store staff is competent, helpful and attentive! I will go back, that's for sure!Bring an empty spray bottle to fill with stain remover!

Very friendly owners and clean store. I go there often. Sometimes cheaper than going to a large grocery store (example: when only a small amount of spices or another ingredient is needed for a recipe). Also very useful for buying edible gifts made by local companies. A section of the store is reserved for people with gluten intolerance. There is even dog and cat food made by a local company.

Supers produits, super service! l'essayer c'est l'adopter. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus. Super propre, ouvert pendant la pandémie et jamais eu de problème. Merci d'exister, avec vos produits et les paniers, depuis 5 ans je peux éviter d'aller en grande surface bourrée de suremballages. Vive le 0 déchet. Et encourager local, commerce à dimension humaine qui nous accueille toujours avec le sourire. Merci :)
