J'ai ajouté une machine à café Philippe 5500 dernièrement, ce qui m'a plu, c'est la passion qu'il a à parler de son métier, à me conseiller selon mes besoins spécifiques et à répondre à mes questions sans détour. Trois jours plus tard, à la réception de la machine, nous avons passé plus d'une heure ensemble pour me faire expliquer les fonctionnements, les programmations, etc Merci pour ton professionnalisme et les services que j'ai reçu.

Repair of a Breville mill. Excellent work and superb customer service!

I never would have believed that in 2024 such a business would still exist. The human and personalized side is there. Even though their day was over, the team took the time to look through my machine to find the problem. One Saturday pm when they could have relaxed, they spent it helping me in addition to offering me a good coffee. I recommend the company without hesitation and it is clear that I will return there!!! Super good service and Jonathan, the owner is very friendly. He repaired my Breville machine by taking the time to modify a piece. I called the cafe and he told me to come by during the day. He examined my machine when I arrived and found a solution. He also gave me several tips. I am really happy. Plus, it has a nice variety of freshly roasted coffees. It is obvious that I will return there. I recommend it. You will not be disappointed!
