I ordered a matcha latte. First, the image does not match what I received. The image being that of a matcha bubble tea. So I was disappointed when I saw that I had received a hot matcha latte without pearls. Also, part of it had leaked into the bag....

The drinks are very good. I go to this place because it's the only one in Repentigny that has real tapioca. However, recently this is the 3rd time I have been there and there are no more. I find that distressing. I leave without buying anything because that's what I came to look for

During our evening visits to Perle and Café, an hour before closing, we noticed a significant disparity in the quality of tapiocas served, contrasting with our positive daytime experiences. The mediocre texture of the latter was disappointing and significantly impaired our taste pleasure.Previous daytime experiences were characterized by attentive service and quality drinks. However, in the evening the staff seemed less inclined to go the extra mile to accommodate us. This variation in staff engagement between day and evening creates an inconsistent experience for customers, impacting overall satisfaction.It is imperative that the establishment addresses this concern, with a focus on improving the quality of evening tapiocas and encouraging staff to maintain a high level of customer service, regardless of the time of visit. This will help ensure a consistent and positive experience for all customers, regardless of when they visit.

Aujourd'hui, le 27 novembre 2023. J'ai eu droit a un excellent latte deca. La nouvelle employée qui m'a servit a fait un travail des plus professionnels, tel une barista de talent. Un bon latte, a la bonne température, une mousse dense et durable, prêt a emporter et le tout avec le sourire! Je sais pas pourquoi mais ces petits détails font ma journée a chaque fois! very nice concept, reasonable price, it's been 3 times I've been back since the discovery 3 weeks ago. I love that they don't put too much ice, so don't save on milk and liquid!
Only point, I had the impression that at 8:30 p.m. it was not very good to go there, atmosphere as if I was disturbing, there was no one except two employees who seemed to be tidying up the place, but it's everywhere like that, towards closing less welcome...I would still go back!
