There a common frequency that the fried chicken is either old, soggy or really dry.. when you are a kfc known for fried chicken you expect quality chicken.. it's a disappointment because I've been in Repentigny for 5 years, and it's always soggy skin and no crisp. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The restaurant does not respect its closing hours. On several occasions I happened to pass by on a Saturday evening (otherwise) around 9 or 10 p.m. and there were no people there without anything being indicated. However, on the internet and on the door it is indicated that the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. Damage.

The employee tells me that the small packet of hot sauce is an extra 50 cents when that's not true, I was never charged for it. I let it pass. When it's time to pay, I realize he charged me $1.15 for it. I let him know, and he tells me it's because he gave me two. When I reprimand him by saying that I only asked him for one, he closes the window in my face. First time in my life that I come across an employee with such execrable behavior trying to rip me off in a restaurant. I wouldn't mind adding the name of the employee as soon as I have this information.
