We order regularly and have always had very good service and always delicious. This evening, we ordered and called less than a minute later to add an item to our order; OH THE BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! call 1 the young lady at the end of the line tells us that it's not possible. call 2- we want to cancel our order to be able to redo it with the extra item, the same lady tells us that this is not possible. Call 3- we ask to be transferred to our branch, they transfer us and the line cuts. Call 4 - I ask to speak with another person from my branch or a supervisor, the line cuts Call 5 - I didn't even have time to express myself she spoke at the same time as me and cut the line line. So right now I don't know if my order is on its way, I couldn't modify it, I had a bad experience and this employee has just harmed the good experiences I always have with this company ...it's disappointing, I don't have the opportunity to speak with anyone other than her at the moment to resolve my situation. I wanted to go get a pizza in Repentigny so given that it was the first time I went to this pizzeria I wanted to have information on their pizzas. Firstly, we have to deal with a telephone exchange for all of their pizzerias . . The attendant, unable to speak a minimum of French, didn't understand what I meant... Failing to understand, she hung up... Ayoye let's say I'm going to pass my turn!!!

It's been twice that I order a Chinese fondue pizza and I receive a cheese pizza!! Twice!!!! 1. I pay more and 2. I don’t like pizza just with cheese!!!! I will stop ordering from you. THANKS

I'm not really happy with my order, I ordered a tao poutine with extra onion and I took the trouble to ask for more shallots on my order and there just aren't any, I'm very disappointed
