The quality of meals as well as the service are degraded. The staff does not seem to care about the customers. The meals were poorly prepared not to mention the cleanliness left something to be desired. This restaurant was better than McDonald's but now it has become the same for the more expensive price. Luckily I didn't get food poisoning.

Order by Uber 2 trios, the driver arrives there is just 1. No way to get a refund.

Hey evening team at the Repentigny branch 😉 I know you're tired in the evening... but if you don't want to make a burger after a certain time :) well close before then! And it's not necessary to speak in another language behind the counter to say how much it makes you sweat that I'm here :) and to make me change my mind so that I have something else and serve myself a poutine that with 3 pieces of cheese… I'm going to continue going to McDonald's in the end… I've changed 3/4 times… but I don't think I'll go back to your branch :)
