Where are the bosses? 6 Indians in the kitchen without an Indian chef.... it's a mess full of customers we turn away after 35 minutes of waiting without service. Not able to manage the drive-thru and customers at the counter ?

The experience at Restaurant Lafleur was delicious!I enjoyed a delicious poutine accompanied by a hot dog and a refreshing drink. The poutine was perfectly prepared with crispy fries and generous gravy.The hot dog was tasty and well stocked. The service was quick and friendly.I highly recommend this restaurant for a comforting and delicious dining experience.

The store manager yells at his employees, insults them in front of customers. We intervened to defend the employees, the manager replied "I'm the manager, I'm the one who decides, I'm going to throw your order in the trash and reimburse you", also shoots our cabaret to take it away from us. Then come and give us a paper with his name at our table 10 minutes later, telling us that he is the nephew of the owner and therefore untouchable. One of the employees was crying in the toilet following the incident.

Young people don't wear gloves to make poutine, even with false nails! Or wears the net on top of the head but no hair in it. The cashier is lost as soon as the order contains more than 3 items and does not know how to replace the drinksDietary restrictions: Even when you don't ask for cheese, we add some and scrape it!!
Good restaurant serving classic "fast food" food. However the prices are high. I recommend it if you have a craving for poutine or hotdog or others.
