A restaurant where you are treated like a friend. The portions are generous and the poutine is really tasty, well salted with a good amount of cheese. I don’t know if it’s THE best poutine in Repentigny, but it’s certainly among the best.
Definitely wished that I knew more French, but thankfully we were able to understand each other enough to order. The steak sues-marin was fantastic, and they suggested putting vinegar on fries, which we don't do in the US, and that was amazing. Glad I stopped here
L’Etoile is a restaurant that delivers on its promise of an honest meal, at a good price, with good service.Don't expect a service with white tablecloths, it's not for you.However, for a good smoked meat sandwich, good fries worthy of a Quebec paterie (ah!
