Malorie refused to give us a second menu, she said it is against the rules. Spent 5 minutes arguing with her, told her I will return it to her in few minutes, but no way she started talking about expecting groups and so on. I went to the shift manager and got another menu. Malorie spoke in a low voice we both could not understand her, so we asked her to speak louder, even though it was not any better. I travelled to 20+ countries around the world and during 76 years of my life I was never refused a menu at any place. EVER! This was not a good start to the evening/dining especially at St. Valentine's supper. Malorie put a damper on the experience. The food quality was excellent, but the full restaurant at that evening was extremely noisy. my advise to Malorie is to look for another career.
The manger called me today 17 Feb 2026 and to be fair to the restaurant I revised my rating to 3 stars.

9.35 $ for a tiny bowl of minestrone soup it's not worth it...at least they should let us know before we order.....the apple crumble mmm not worth the price either...but the cod en croute with the pasta was so delicious...a really good surprise!!

I had an incredible dining experience at this Italian gem! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for both a casual night out or a special occasion. The lasagne was homemade and absolutely delicious — full of rich, authentic flavors. The pizza had the perfect thin crust, and the sauces were fresh and flavorful.
Service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. You can really taste the passion in every dish.

Great food, waitresses were LOVE!!!!!! On the other hand, the person who takes care of organizing the tables, phew… I have often booked in a large group with children, but the…. He wanted to know where they were sitting... at which table... how many children per table... with their parents or not... if it changed along the way he rolled his eyes... the children were between 7 and 12 years old... VERY arrogant, we didn't feel welcome at all! Our reservation was at 4:30 p.m. and we had to leave by 7:00 p.m. for their 2nd services. He had to repeat it to us 8 times…. So much pressure, you have to take orders quickly... you have to pay quickly... go go go... just because of him, his very mediocre organization, the pressure and transmitting to us his stress which he manages poorly, it was an experience that no one will not reproduce in this place!
