This answer says that they can't serve us since there are no more vegetables.. let's see what to do with that? In fact I understood that the employee could not cut vegetables since she told me that she was going to get a slap on the wrist, so what I understand is that the manager prefers not to serve these customer instead of making money! BIG BAD SERVICE I CAN’T RELIEVE IT

Attention! The photos are from Mascouche where they make real submarines. I want to show the two owners that they are very, very cheap. This is the worst subway EVER on Jacques-Plante. The portions are extremely very small. Are you on the verge of bankruptcy for being so cheap? Your Sandwich tastes like the bread and not the ingredients inside. I go to the subway several times a month in Le Gardeur, Mascouche and Terrebonne and strangely there is a lot more stock in our submarines compared to the one on Jacques-Plante. they use a small spoon to make melon balls for the grated cheese. We made the remark but I think the owners are upset about it. I took a picture of what a subway submarine is supposed to look like. It was made by that of Mascouche sur Masson. Lots and lots more stock than on Jacques-Plante. The lady who made it told me that they were never ordered to decrease the vegetable portions in the sandwich.

Discount 3 12in for $33 after 4 p.m. displayed but apparently not valid, we were surprised at the checkout.The staff looks stupid and uncourteous. Cannot tell the difference between “a little” and “a lot” of a food when asked. Flatbread so dry it could have been used as an IKEA tablet.

Commander deux 6pouces et un 12 pouces payer 47.00$ pour 3 trio et prendre 2 sorte de légume dans son sandwich et se faire répondre non pour avoir plus de cornichon ….. je comprend que cela doit venir du proprio mais bon décevant … je vais faire 5 minutes de plus de route à l’avenir pour un Subway qui ne me limiteras pas pour quelques cornichons supplémentaires ?

Quantity management is ridiculous, big zero for the manager. The 12 inches cost $16-17 and they measure the quantity of meat and cheese to the nearest gram. I have no problem paying $15 for a submarine even if it is very far from 12 inch/$5. But when I have 4 mini strips of chicken and a teaspoon of cheese, it's a complete laugh. If I just wanted to eat bread, I would buy a baguette for $2 at the Iga. Always had good service from the young people who work there but even they admit to me that it's ridiculous.

I still can't believe the bad service I just receivedThe cashier with black glasses and according to her is the restaurant supervisor. Ma made threats. Very bad service, very rude.I immediately insisted that she give me a phone number or speak with someone superior to her to file a complaint. Didn't want to give it to me, I insisted so much that I ended up getting a number. I called a supervisor, a very attentive listener.I understand that you have to deal with customers every day and some days with stress but that is not an excuse.Especially for disrespecting us.In addition to threatening my son and I will not tolerate it!!!!!!

The portions of vegetables are ridiculous, I've never seen so few. I know it's probably the owner's fault and not the employees' fault, but it's overkill. Put 8-10 olives on a 12 inch and when I ask for a little more they tell me that they have a respected quantity (I asked for 4 types of vegetables, not like I'm abusing their system) . The remaining quantities of vegetables were minimal too.The service was okay but I suggest you not talk to your colleague about other unrelated things during our entire interaction while I'm trying to communicate my order to you.

If I could put Zero, it would be. Worst Subway I've seen in my life. Seriously, the little scale is not suitable for weighing meat.... What, do you expect to make everyone sick by "leaning" your spoons of meat on that?! In addition, the portions you serve are totally ridiculous and inferior to what is done in other Subways which use "single-dose carton" portions. I hope the owner of this franchise reads the review posts on Google. You have to be cheap and disrespect your customers to do this. In addition to the OBVIOUS hygiene problem your method brings. The tip of the iceberg, after a large order where I couldn't bring it all in my hands, no paper bags offered to the customer. Worst Subway ever. A complaint will certainly be made to the restaurant chain.
