As we were driving back to Ottawa from Quebec city on August 25, 2025, we stopped here to grab abite. Restaurant was clean and being after 2pm it was not crowded and tables were available and clean enough. Staff were average not bad nor spectacular. They took our order; only two coffees. Area of the store seems great.

Fast service. Not from Canada and don't speak much French but the clerk spoke English and helped me order
My goodness where do I start. My young daughter was craving a chocolate doughnut. I contacted the Tim Hortons on Louis Philippe Picard, because 9/10 times any time Hortons you go to have limited to no chocolate glazed doughnuts, especially at 9:00pm. Zach answered the call, He told me he didn't have anymore which I suspected, but still asked how many I wanted. I told him 4, then he proposed I got 6 so it’s more worth it, he was going to make us a fresh batch. I arrived 5 mins later, they were preparing them. Yassine was very nice and thanked me for waiting patiently and also requested I wait until I got home to have them because he had just put the glaze and they were still warm. I never got service like this at any Tim Hortons… and Malek who was taking orders at the drive through was super sweet and spoke to my daughter and asked how she was doing. What a wonderful evening team , they should make clones of these boys. What amazing “personalized” customer service , They were wonderful , thank you for such a great experience , truly exceeded my expectations.
I got home , and these were just about the best, soft , warmest doughnuts I’ve ever had. YUMMMMM

Telm dirty that it is table not cleaned work surface floor
The employee who was at the checkout I think his name is Osman I think. he served me well and welcomed me very well. We need more employees like him to keep Tim Hortons running smoothly, see you next time.
