I hated it, I wanted to piss off, they wouldn't let me because of my skin color. Plus they served me a dark hot chocolate even though I had asked for a white hot chocolate and they told me that represents you well

Drive-thru service. The girl speaks quickly and got a little annoyed when we placed the orders.
When paying she gave me part of the order.
I kindly told her that a part was missing at that precise moment she shouted at me: "yes I know I only have 2 hands" so there, Poor customer service thank you Noémie👎👎👎😤😤

We were served by 2 pleasant young girls. The only downside, a group of young people who caused discord and disorder in the restaurant. Too bad, they looked helpless against this group who must be on their first try here. We almost called the police.

Employees barely speak French, no sausage, no bacon at 8 a.m., they offer to put ham instead, but they charge me $3 extra, mega joke

There was an employee that served me this morning, his name was Sean Preston. I was amazed with his energy, enthusiasm and spunk. If I had a business I'd recruit on the spot. What an excellent example of a good employee. I hope his employer appreciates him. Keep up the good work!

There was no more paper in the toilet. The person serving us left abruptly while she was taking our order and went to take orders at the Drive thru without saying anything. We stayed at the checkout waiting for another employee to come and serve us.
Really needs improvement.
