If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so.We arrive at the drive-thru, the service is super slow, a good 30 minute wait, only to realize that the car in front of us has only ordered 2 coffees. Then us, our 3 coffees are terrible. We asked for 2 milk but it seems that the coffee only tastes like milk. We return inside, no better service, very long before being served, then we receive more coffees that only taste like milk, and what's more, there is one that is super cold.

Last time I was there I asked for the new Baileys non-alcoholic coffee (it had just been posted) and they didn't have Baileys foam for the coffee... Pretty ordinary. They often have lapses like this.

It's always fresh when I order. It's fast and efficient. I really like. The only downside I would tell you is that every time I order a Tim's club in the evening, there is not a day when I have the same ingredients in the sandwich. It doesn't matter to me since I eat it anyway

The service is pitiful and the wait is very long even if there are few customers. Also, I went there recently and ordered a caramel iced coffee. I received a coffee cream pour and didn't get any caramel syrup even though I paid for it. I do not recommend going to this Tim Horton in any way.
