I've never done a review before, but this one is worth highlighting.
I ordered a southwest steak and avocado wrap, I wanted to try it. The employee didn't even know what it was, even though it was written in large letters on the menu board.
He put a tiny amount of meat, didn't even know if he should put rice or not in the wrap (even though you can see very clearly on the poster that yes, there is rice). Then the guacamole was dark brown, so I said let it be.
The employee had no idea what he was doing. I had to guide him in the preparation, because he was alone
So conclusion, I paid a $15 wrap plus tax which was not what I had originally asked for. I hope that with the price I paid, the employee will be able to be trained like everyone else in the future :)

The staff has changed, what is that?
Very dry bread, very dirty to eat, extra for mozza cheese and the man who thinks he's a comedian with his flat jokes! Concentrate on making your sandwich...plus I tell him what I want and he is distracted by another person and talks to him while cutting me off!
To hear him talk, the others are shit except him 🤦
I came last year but no, it’s a no return!

The worst Subway, in addition to cold sandwiches reheated in seconds, I find myself 5 dollars more on the bill, and they tell me they can't make the refund because there is no one responsible for come back tomorrow, I come back and they tell me the same thing?? For 5 dollars??? Are you kidding? When you pay, make sure the seller gives the correct prices before making the invoice ?

Salle à manger salle et toutes les tables non nettoyée. Il n’y avait aucun rush, le resto était vide! Lenteur extrême du personnel qu’on a eu l’impression de déranger. Mauvais accueil. On a attendu 30 minutes pour un dessert payé à notre commande que les deux mal accueillant ont oublié … jamais je ne retourne là. Une honte pour la chaîne.

Wow, tell me about that, courteous and attentive service! I take the time to call, as a courtesy, because I know that I risk arriving a few minutes before closing and that it's never fun, but I am entitled to a beautiful smile from the young man who works there on (November 23 at 9:30 p.m.).
