I went this evening and I’ve arrived at precisely 9:50 pm, and the door was locked. This place closes at 10:00 pm every day of the week. The lights were on, and I could see the employee behind the counter. I’ve tried to knock on the door, waving at him, tried to open the door few times, in order to ask if it was closed but the employee never looked at me, never even raised his head to look at the door. When he knew for sure that there was someone at the door. He could have at least acknowledged my presence and the fact that I was there. I wanted to get 2 or 3 sandwiches for mine and my kids lunches for tomorrow. It’s very disappointing and limit disrespectful to completely ignore the presence of a customer, especially when it’s 10 minutes prior to closing time. I always go to this Subway but now I don’t really feel like going back there, with those kind of employees who are deciding to close the restaurant before the actual closing time and ignores their customers who are trying to get a hold of them.

It says on Google that it closes at 10 a.m. so we stopped on the way. Once you get to the window it will say that it closes at 10am as well, yet it was 9:30 in the evening when we arrived.
I don't mind the fact that it closes early but it's VERY annoying when they don't display it on Google or in the door.
