The food is not prepared correctly, the bagels are not toasted, items are missing, the employees are not serious and do not listen to what customers ask! Very bad choice of stop on the road if you are thinking of stopping there! Instead, go to another Tim Horton's or another restaurant!

Donuts and muffins are good, of course. The coffee is decent, since it is Canada's standard coffee!
Other foods at this location, like wraps or sandwiches, are mediocre and often arrive lukewarm or cold, which is disappointing. I haven't tried the flatbread pizzas yet. Food quality seems to vary greatly from place to place.
The service is very slow. You would think they would have found a way to provide fast service!
It's a shame because everyone goes to Tim's!

Ultra long services for the number of employees on site. Toilet rooms dirty and without toilet paper for one of the 3. Request to have paper and at least to clean one unit = The employee takes around ten minutes to clean and there are still hairs on the cabinet 🤢
Worst Tim's ever. 20 mins for 2 sandwhiches and there was only 4 of us in the store. They didn't even realize we didn't get them until I asked. Not to mention, the noises in the back of house from dropping dishes and pots. Worst of them all was the older lady cashier/shift manager? Loudest voice ever. Constantly raising her voice. Terrible service and atmosphere. Not going backjj

It's a tim horton. Coffee is good, donuts a fresh, and breakfast wrap are a life saver for morning in a hurry.
