I go to the drive-thru this morning, Wednesday October 16, it's 7:23 a.m. and there is no one behind me. I tell him we are not ready to order. I'm trying to find out what my three children want. She asks me again and I tell her that I will let her know when we are ready. There is no one behind me. She tells me that it takes too long, that I have to know "before" what I want or else go inside because I'm delaying the other cars. I found this inappropriate and disrespectful. That makes no sense since it was only me at the drive-thru.

Slow ass service. Shouldn't take me an hour to get breakfast. Plus i know for a fact that the manager hires kids, doesnt properly train them, and then fires them. The turnover of staff is ridiculous. Terrible.

Il faut toujours prévoir un minimum 20min à la commande à l'auto à tout heure de la journée? et même si nous ne sommes que 4 voitures ! Les employés sont géniaux mais la lenteur comparer aux autres tim est flagrante

Honestly, it’s disgusting theirs Gunk and ants on the floor and magalia or whatever her name his was genuinely rude and unprofessional. She was swearing near my children until a young man told her to stop . Frankly the manager clearly doesn’t understand a health code is, I’ve seen her walk around the store with no shoes and socks. I wanted to this store a chance but the food wasn’t much better , I’ve found hair in my wrap and my bagel. Truly disgusting and should be shut down. Do better

Sunday April 28: purchases of 3 sandwiches.1 chicken wrap, bacon, very good ranch sauce.2 roasted beef and onion sandwiches: the buns completely burnt, black. How can this be served to the customer? I unpacked the sandwiches brought home. Please check your orders before leaving the location.Lack of supervision.
