I would recommend anyone to steer clear of this establishment, second time going to get the slowest and worst service. The employees don’t care about quality or customer service, constantly on their phones in the kitchen, sanitation must not be their priority as the hands touching the food was not washed between that and their phones!!Got an extremely stale box of boneless chicken the food tasted very very salty and stale like it’s been reheated, nothing was crispy! The order was also wrong after ordering onion rings they charged us an extra dollar for but when we got home there was fries instead!!Got extremely sick after the food as well will not be coming back and recommend anyone to stay away!!

I would put no stars if i could. we came in at 7:45 and ordered the onions rings and white pieces of chicken with our meals. the girl couldnt sell us the onion rings because she couldnt find where the button was. She also couldnt sell us the white chicken because they close at 10 and she didnt want to open a white bag of meat. this is the worst incompetent kfc worker weve ever seen. when we asked her to call her manager, she claims he didnt pick up the phone. definitly not going back.

Never go to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Beloeil, they are a gang of thieves and mockers. My brother came back with an 18 piece so a drumstick and 3 small pieces and 14 chicken wings at the price of 18 pieces. You can never reach them by phone because it really doesn't work since it's a recorded message. So it does me a lot of good to tell you the truth of what we experienced and what's more, the other 2 times that my brother was in prison were also worse. Please close this restaurant full of oils. 14 chicken wings filled with pieces of fat.

Used drive thru you need to go behind the gas station part to it. The staff was quick helpful even checked if I needed anything else the food was fresh and hot. I was abit shocked at how the legs where larger then my previous visit a few years ago. I expect to return. It's a conversion place so inside seemed cramped hence the drive thru. Some of the items are costly like those buckets so I would advise eyeing the deals.

Pfk, you broke my heart for the last time. After spending $55 for a 10 piece plus 3 sides, the 2 sauces burn and don't taste at all like what you're used to, the fries are so salty that after 2 fries you're not able and want to drink 2L of water (and this comes from someone who adds salt and pepper normally the ocean is less salty... plus they are cold 4 minutes after receiving...the chicken...the pieces which are at the top I will give they were very good, my do it from the barrel to ¾" of oil...unfortunately its the last time for me loss of money and supper

Last time I went, I presented a coupon that I ensured was valid for their store. Noticed that the gravy wasn’t included with the food I received, despite it saying it came with the mail on the coupon. They said that the coupon was wrong, and charged me separately for the gravy…not impressed
