I was here this time last year and the women’s washroom smelt like sulfur it was actually so bad I almost threw up. Went there again today and it still reeks ☹️ someone should check that out

My hamburger was fine. The cappuccino was roached. The machine was not operating correctly. I went back to see if they would remake it and they did with the same bitter result. They offered a larger coffee to replace the drink. I was satisfied with that and back on the highway.

The girl at the counter was very rude. My order was wrong, and she didn’t apologize or say anything — not even a simple “hello” or “thank you.” Really disappointed with the service.

Terrible McDonald’s, I come here quite often as it’s near my house and every time I go I’m expecting either for them to take forever or to mess up something in my order which always happens, the employees can barley speak French or English at the cashier, not trying to be rude but maybe get employees who speak the langueage better at the cashier?
I visited again this evening. Once again, staff were helpful, but after departing when I reviewed my e-receipt, it looks like I was overcharged. Can anyone figure out why the subtotal is more than the price of the Big Mac Trio that I ordered?

Good place to stop at while traveling in between Montreal and Ottawa.
This location rarely makes mistakes with your order. Instant extra star just for that.
Toilets however are not clean and hand dryers never work so you'll be stuck with wet hands after cleaning up.
If traveling with a child, there is a play area for them while you wait for your food.
