Unfortunately the chicken was overcooked!! The skin is normally good but this time it was dry dry dry!!! I couldn't even bite it. The service was good considering there were only 2 employees at lunchtime! Amazing. The cafeteria room was ok, the people eating there don't really have a choice to be clean otherwise there would be no employees available to clean. The service was very poor this visit. The person at the front counter was extremely disorganized. Not understanding the basic orders we placed (quarter chicken leg, quarter chicken breast both with fries). The place was also rather unkept, tables were dirty and supplies were not refilled.When this location was first opened it was super clean and really fast... They are disorganized, the chicken legs are small and soooo dry and overcooked that you can barely eat them. This branch really needs to train their staff better, specially how an oven works and what customer service is all about. It’s convenient after work to do take out, but we’re about to give up on this place, they just keep getting worst instead of better.
