Make sure when you ask for extra bacon, you ask for it on the side to get it. We didn’t ask on the side this time and didn’t get it. 😒

Tim’s is really lost it’s way stores are closing earlier when they used to be open all the time service at the counter is slow because the focus on the drive thru

I was on line at the time hortons, waiting to order and the employee being the counter served the man behind me and didn’t look at me lol idk if it was because he’s arab and things work like this between man and I’m a white girl but that was pretty racist to me.

I have been coming to this Tim Horton's daily for years now and the service and quality has always been exceptional. Audrey and the whole staff are awesome and very welcoming. I don't usually write reviews but this team of hard workers deserve a praise. Thank you for everything you guys do.

I came in morning and the girl at the drive thru was very rude.
I arrived to the place 30min before closing. The employée refused to sell me any kind of sandwichs bécause they will close after 30 min. But strangely the person behind me was able to have a sandwich. I don't know why I was excluded, for me it was not fair.
We took a break on our road trip. It was nice

Got order totally wrong and then we're trying to tell us we made a mistake. Also one person who could converse in English would help although we tried to explain in French to no avail. Not stopping here again.

While the coffee is fine, the staff is very unwelcoming! While you wait for your coffee, be prepared to hear the staff make fun of the customers. When we mentioned it being unpleasant, we were told to go to the next exit (another Tim's) if we were unhappy!!
