Horrible customer service. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. They messed up my order and charged me around 10$ extra. never admitted their mistake and no refunds they gave me two free hashbrowns (2$) This is a very bad reputation they are building for Tim Hortons. The sandwiches are disgusting and you should see how dirty the whole cafe looks like you can't even sit. DO NOT GO TO THIS TIM HORTON👎👎👎👎

No toilet paper, lime and cilantro bowl looked like someone was sick in it « shredded chicken,rice and salad all mushed together. Best to go next door to IGA and get good food.

I wish I could have taken a video of the lady behind the server. I am disgusted at how the woman smacked the food down in front of us behind the closed glass.
I told the poor server that I heard what she said at our car. At the end of the day we are paying customers and if she finds the job too busy for her, maybe she should not be at this job!
If you want your order smacked down and bitched at behind the glass, then this is the perfect Tim’s to get abusive behaviour.
