It’s clear that I’m not going back there anytime soon. We were served by a “Marie-Gisele or Gisele-Marie” whatever after my job shift so around 10:15 p.m. I order my menu which I take as a trio but for once I change my fries for a poutine, my partner also orders his menu as a trio and I pay a total of around $45 for 2 trios. I found it expensive but hey, I asked for my receipt (just to check) and I waited because “Marie-Gisele” forgot my juice (which can happen and it doesn’t matter). On the way home, I list the prices of the items to my partner. We were billed individually for each item as a bonus for having charged items that we had not ordered (example: an extra fries). We knew we were going to call the manager the next day (so this morning) and finally he told us he was going to call us back. 35 minutes later, we saw the famous call again to tell us that we are wrong and that there is nothing to do other than what is on the receipt, which is what we really asked for. . -_- .. It's all well and good to fool the world, so as a bonus you have to pay for each item at full price individually rather than as a trio and to have been loaded with additional items that you didn't have in your bag , I am wrong and no refund possible.

The food was OK, however the cashier didn't understand that I was asking for extra seasoning... after 3 times I gave up.I went to the liquor vending machines, took a cardboard cup that you use to make a cup of ketchup, opened their seasoning pot and made myself a seasoning cup. All this for a take-out order.The food nothing to say, preparation time by the cooks good. But the service clerk must broaden his horizons and if he doesn't know what we're talking about, ask for help...
