Visiting Rimouski for a week and stopped in for breakfast. Staff/employee behind the counter was rude, our orders were incorrect, and the food was okay for the price. Considering there are other bakeries within a short walk on either side of this one, there are much better options to spend your money in

Too bad the service is so long. Lunch restaurant with a 40 minute wait before taking the order and serving the coffee, when it is half full. COVID-19 has its back, especially in 2024.

Very disappointing experience. Several dirty tables on arrival after 2 p.m., the priority is not to clear or clean. 3 employees behind the counter, clearly not very busy... We have to organize a table of 4 to sit down ourselves. Waitress without interpersonal skills or smile who takes the order quickly without explaining anything and pushes herself quickly. This behavior discouraged us from ordering anything else, the waitress did not want to take our order anyway. We refuse to modify a sandwich, we just asked to replace dried tomatoes with fresh tomatoes. No, impossible. Very long wait for 2 (cold) soups and 3 barely toasted sandwiches. When receiving the plates, one of the 3 of us had slices of tomatoes on his plate as “decoration”. Was it so difficult to add them to the sandwich of the person who asked for them instead of dried tomatoes??? It's nonsense... The owner should take care of the management of his business because clearly, it's heading straight into a wall when no supervision or clear directives are given to the employees. We left no tip and will not return. Very unfortunate, because having gone there a few years ago, the place was nice. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case.

Mistakes in the kitchen regarding what we ordered. No one came to ask us if we liked it. And then at checkout I mentioned the errors and it was a “meh, sorry” here’s your invoice. Disappointed because it was once a good place for lunch…
