This restaurant deserves five stars for its food quality and ambience. Unfortunately, I am forced to give it four, as the service was terribly slow. I ate here on two consecutive nights during my stay in Rimouski and on both days the speed of service was disappointing. The menu is amazing with plenty of gluten-free options, which is greatly appreciated. However, it took about 10 minutes or longer before a server approached me after I was seated. I did enjoy my dinner on both days, though. The beef steak was incredibly delicious and was cooked to perfection. A shout out to my second server, Anthony, who was very knowledgeable about allergens and reassured me that everything I ordered was gluten-free.
The European-style breakfast at this restaurant is also excellent and is very reasonably priced. They even have gluten-free bread and other items.
Despite the slow service, I would recommend this restaurant for the food quality and price.

Very disappointed with the service! In 4 hours of being at the restaurant, we got 2 drinks each, 2 hours before we managed to ask the waitress to take our order (in a VERY polite way), we got a very arrogant response “yes I would also like to take your order but my kitchen asks me to wait 10 minutes”. When Stephanie finally came to take our order, there was no look in her eyes, no smile only “you? » announcing that it was returned to zero on the next order! We received half of the orders and 20 minutes later, the rest of the orders (I understand that the kitchens are very busy, I don't blame the kitchen), the waitress Stéphanie does not ask us if we need anything else and during our meal, she never came to see us to see if everything was to our liking, if we were missing something or other! She came to charge us as soon as she cleared a plate while the others were eating! She didn't even ask us if we wanted anything else... The first one didn't tip at all (I disagree with this decision as she still served us but my friend was not at all satisfied with the service) ! So Stéphanie comes to take away his bill, saying “you shouldn’t need it, it must be expensive, especially without a tip! »! Very inappropriate statement even if I know very well that it is annoying to receive no tips! Then my partner and I pay! We look at the invoice and it suggests giving $24 to give 15% so we decide to give $15 as there was service but with poor quality of service... Stéphanie comes back to see us and says "normally it's 15 %, next time we may refuse you”. Response once again VERY inappropriate! For the rest of the evening she didn't look at us... we would have liked to explain ourselves to her but she was evasive... of course we won't go back there!
