The only reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is the wait. For my next visit, I will have a little snack first. The food was worth the wait. Tasted 3 dishes, more that excellent. Highly recommend.

On our last evening of the trip we had our best meal in this restaurant that’s entirely run by women with lots of dishes created with native vegetables. The food is Michelin quality and we tried salicorne (which taste like al dente pea vine) and tête de violon (fiddlehead is the English name and it tastes similar to asparagus) . Didn’t get a chance to take a picture of my fiddlehead appetizer since I devoured it immediately!

Good dining option in the heart of Rimouski This place is obviously very popular at lunch time. We came on a Thursday and it was packed already. The food was really good and hearty, huge portions, and good beers! I do wish that there would be more selections on the menu, particularly seafood. Staff was bilingual and very friendly. Recommend!

Incredible food and atmosphere. We had the tuna tataki, tetes de violin (fern sprouts), salmon gravlax and the steak. It was all very tasty. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

One of the best rated restaurant in Rimouski according to alot of people!! For me, it was just ok... The food was not seasoned on most of the dishes( please chef salt and pepper is the basis of cooking!!). The wine list should be revised too, not to have more choices but instead have choices that match your dishes. The service part of the evening was nice and relaxed. So that's why it was just ok for me.
