On this Tuesday evening the service is quite terrible, there are no towels in the dispenser and the young employee sends an elderly person away claiming not to have time when it would only take a few minutes, yet she has time to chat with another employee. At worst we could have filled it ourselves. Instead of the changes requested to my order and which are written in black and white on a coupon, I am given extras that I did not ask for. Why this attitude?

I ordered online and went in to pick up, gave my number to an employee who was looking at me and she didn't answer me. I looked at the invoice numbers on the counter and found my order. I left without a word.

Parking: It's located in a big box store, you know which one! and this parking lot is quite big

They had forgotten to prepare my order so I waited 10 minutes even though I was not in rush hour (10:30 a.m.). When I finally received my order, I was served a black coffee that tasted like it was hot instead of a 2/2. So far I understand that mistakes happen. Where it crossed the line was when I noticed that my Egg McMuffin didn't contain any egg but even worse, THERE WAS A BITE ALREADY TAKEN IN THE BREAD!This is simply unacceptable. While I was there, 2 ladies also had order errors, one of them seemed to say that this was the 3rd time this had happened to her in this restaurant. I don't recommend this place.

I thought I had the same good service as the one in Nazareth. But really no good service. Very disappointed with my experience and talk to several who also had very bad experiences... Too bad

Service INCROYABLEMENT long, attendre 25 minutes pour un café et demander si ce serait possible d'avoir mon café et on m'ignore pour retourner dans la cuisine... trois fois à ce resto et même chose à chaque fois.... Je suis souvent sur le pouce pour aller manger vu mon travail et je peux vous confirmer que c'est le pire service que j'ai eu depuis très longtemps.

The quality of the fries is never equal, either soft or overcooked, you order a trio without onions but extra bacon, you will have full onions without the extra bacon that you paid extra for, can't wait for a Harvey's and a Burger King to get choice if Costco ends up coming (since 1997 Cosco has been annoying us ?) especially

An opinion regarding the new Mcdonald's on industrial, I have never had such bad service, if it were possible I would give -1 star. The poutine on top had to be spilled (normally it's the poutine on the bottom), the cheese burger was limp in the bag, no sauce to accompany the croquettes.....and none of the employees greeted me.. When I When I talked about it, the employee said “well I know, madame lo”
