Made a reservation in Rimouski, Quebec because the Pacini’s in Sherbrooke, Quebec was AMAZING!!! The lasagna was burnt, crispy and dry. The waitress poured part of my wine with one bottle and filled the rest of my glass with a new bottle??? No refilles on our water or my husband’s soft drink. Will never eat there again. The Pacini’s in Sherbrooke was 100% better food and service. Buyers beware!!! I regret spending as much money as I did there!!!!
Just looking at the other reviews that have been posted. Noticing that the owner of the restaurant only makes a comment if the rating is a five star. Curious as to whether or not the owner will reach out to me or leave a comment?
The owner/management did reach out and offered me an email I could respond to so that we could discuss my visit further. I sent an email but no response on their end as of yet…….

Nice place. But have been here 2 nights and the service is poor. First night I waited at the payment area for about 5 minutes for my takeout order before I was even acknowledged. Staff was so kind but my order was completely wrong. They didn't have the bottle of wine I had prepaid and offered me a cheaper option. Then they gave me my order and it was missing the salad. I had to come back. There seemed to be a lot of confusion between the front of house and kitchen. The second night I came to have dinner and some drinks at the bar solom sat at the bar for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Even though there were plenty of staff members running around behind the bar. Had to constantly ask for drink refills. Even now I am sitting here, my wine glass empty and meal finished. It's been 10 minutes and I am waiting for my bill or some acknowledgement. Great personalities but wow, need to pay attention to customers. I've had better attention in a dive bar. When im paying $19 for a glass of wine I expect a refill. I wanted to order more and a pasta, but nobody checked on me. Easy loss of 50$ for the restaurant. Plus i spent 100+ tonight already. Won't be back, money better spent elsewhere. Beware! Maybe table service is better...
UPDATE: I asked for my bill 5 minutes ago and the server is walking around polishing glasses and cleaning the bar and still no bill? And had made eye contact with me once. Ready to walk out at this point.

The food here is absolutely delicious!! Was brought to me super hot and quickly. The staff were kind. My only issue was it took the waitress a long time to serve me but they looked really busy. I didn’t care because there was a TV in front of me and it made my meal that more delicious

Wonderful fresh food, we ate here twice during our stay for the Memorial cup for hockey. One time in the restaurant and one time for room service! Great pizzas , Caesar salad, lasagne and calamari! 😋

Terrible service. Restaurant was empty. Had to find waiter to order and then for the bill to make it to a game in time. Never told us about the bread bar. There were only 6 people in the restaurant.

Clean restaurant. Delicious bread bar. We were in a hurry. We are not from the region. We were served in record time. It is very appreciated. The meat sauce for the spaghetti, however, is ordinary for the price. Pacini is part of the Quebec decor after all...
Very warm welcome, the restaurant was full but the waitress quickly found us a table for three, very well placed. A beautiful atmosphere, lots of space, spacious, we had excellent service and hearty dishes. Nothing to say. Concerning the bread bar, always a pleasure to be able to toast your slices of bread with its different butters and herbs. In short, a great experience. Ideal as a meal before our marathon.
