For one of the best culinary experiences in Quebec, whether you're from the region or passing through, this is where it happens. Bring your favorite bottles and let Norman and his team guide you. Each of the dishes presented hides flavors that transport us elsewhere. The visual is worthy of magazines with colors and textures that are worth the time to be appreciated before being tasted. A pearl of the restaurant that is worth the detour....or several times for me. 😉
