The food is always excellent, as is the service. The only downside is the temperature in summer, which can be really unbearable when it's hot. Despite this, the experience generally remains very positive.
PS: you have to walk to get there in the summer. It's quite pleasant, but something to take into account if you have difficulty getting around.

Recently I went with a group of cousins for a family reunion of sorts. During dinner my elderly mother felt unwell (drop in pressure) the staff were very alert and knew how to proceed with such a situation. Their intervention was efficient and professional. Probably due to training on how to proceed in such cases. I would like to thank all the Rimouski shaker staff for their professionalism. You made this sad event lighter for everyone.
