Very long to serve at the drive-thru this morning. Especially for the hour I spent. I don't know if they were understaffed, but I even had to repeat my order at the window because the employee wasn't sure what I asked for.

Good lunch, but by 8:30 the maple Boston donuts were already gone. The attendant made a mistake and handed me the coffee without sugar and handed the coffee with sugar to my partner.

Waited a long time and not the right order at the drive-thru and no eggs in my worker's wrap, cold potato and the essence of my hot chocolate didn't taste good either. But hopefully another time it will be perfect too.c is like that??‍♀️but for the moment it’s not more than 2 stars!

It's Tim Horton, the employee who was in training asked me to show him the type of donut because he wasn't familiar with the name. I like that he asked to make sure he served me properly. There is no shame in asking to serve our customer well!

We have been going to this Tim's a few times now and it is difficult to order (delay or change of our order at the drive-thru). This time was too many. When we arrived, it was complicated to order (repeat 3 to 5 times for each request). After successfully ordering, we waited 10 minutes before being told that our order had been deleted and that there was no one at the lunch station. So there was a delay for us, but also for everyone at Tim. All this, only to finally get our order and realize that one of the sandwiches had not been made like the choice I had requested. They were wrong. Really disappointed, we just couldn't wait to leave.
