Awful customer service. If you don't speak english you will be totally ignored. Young girl at the counter has really a nasty attitude towards customer who doesn't understand french.

1st visit they didn't put the vanilla in the coffee. 2nd visit didn't give the sausage in the loaded scrambled egg wrap, gave us 2 donuts that were not what we ordered and forgot the vanilla in a coffee. We are from Ontario so will not be returning to get this rectified as we are already on the road. If you go here, check your order before you leave the parking lot.

Very long to serve at the drive-thru this morning. Especially for the hour I spent. I don't know if they were understaffed, but I even had to repeat my order at the window because the employee wasn't sure what I asked for.

Good lunch, but by 8:30 the maple Boston donuts were already gone. The attendant made a mistake and handed me the coffee without sugar and handed the coffee with sugar to my partner.

Waited a long time and not the right order at the drive-thru and no eggs in my worker's wrap, cold potato and the essence of my hot chocolate didn't taste good either. But hopefully another time it will be perfect too.c is like that??♀️but for the moment it’s not more than 2 stars!

It's Tim Horton, the employee who was in training asked me to show him the type of donut because he wasn't familiar with the name. I like that he asked to make sure he served me properly. There is no shame in asking to serve our customer well!

Very long for that matter, two items.... We had to go and wait in the parking lot because it was so long! Almost half an hour!! Especially since there wasn't even an ice cap! The basic thing I went there

Drive-thru order with a forgotten item. We were on the road so didn't go back. $18 for 2 coffees and 2 toasts!! Not strong...

We have been going to this Tim's a few times now and it is difficult to order (delay or change of our order at the drive-thru). This time was too many. When we arrived, it was complicated to order (repeat 3 to 5 times for each request). After successfully ordering, we waited 10 minutes before being told that our order had been deleted and that there was no one at the lunch station. So there was a delay for us, but also for everyone at Tim. All this, only to finally get our order and realize that one of the sandwiches had not been made like the choice I had requested. They were wrong. Really disappointed, we just couldn't wait to leave.
