I was disappointed to find that the coffees were served very cold. I usually appreciate the quality of your drinks, but this time it was not up to par.

Excellent product, I took the Nutella croissant and I was delighted, each bite contained the chocolate filling, quick service and despite its high level of traffic, I recommend it!!!

Very busy, due to the large volume of people the person ordering at the drive-thru had confused an iced cappuccino ultimate wake-up call with an iced coffee. They corrected it quickly when I mentioned it to them at checkout.

It would be good to also put in brackets the opening hours of the dining room because even if it indicates that the hours are from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., I showed up at 9:20 p.m. (Saturday June 1) and the doors were lock. Yet there were 2 people sitting inside with their coffee, 3 young people hanging around and chatting with the employees at the counter. I saw several people also surprised by the inaccurate time of the closing of the Dining Room in view of the time indicated at the door. On the net, by searching only for Tim Horton Arthur-Buies, we are given the same time as at the door (5 a.m. - 10 p.m.). On the other hand, when searching for Tim Horton Arthur-Buies timetable, it indicates (5 a.m. - 8 p.m.). Why not simply put a sign at the door regarding the Dining Room hours and indicate closing at 8 p.m. and in Parenthesis (10 p.m. drive-thru). It would be clear to everyone. For me, it's quite logical.
