Outstanding!!! We were visiting the Rivière du Loup area and having some challenges finding vegan meals. Enter Stephanie, the owner and chief chef of Bernadette. We arrived for breakfast and she offered to create a unique meal for each of our tastes. It was delicious and extremely well presented, and the cafe is a warm, comfortable environment. Stephanie and her staff were wonderfully friendly and so helpful. We will definitely visit Bernadette again, and highly recommend this beautiful spot.

The owner greeted us with a big smile as soon as we walked in the door. When we couldn’t decide on what to drink we were given samples and were even allowed to do half a glass of one wine and half of another when we still couldn’t decide. The food is exquisite, original and the presentation was stunning. As a non-vegan eater I was blown away.

Top notch! It was such a pleasure to visit this establishment. The owner and staff are so warm and welcoming. The mac and cheese with cauliflower and delicata squash was full of flavour and deeply satisfying. We enjoyed americanos and a cookie for dessert. Great selection of local food items to purchase. We left with a bag full of goodies! Thanks again for the hospitality!

An incredible experience. Food made with care in a comforting setting. Their breakfast sandwich is our favorite. We loved being able to explore their epicurean offering of local foods. Thank you for welcoming us so well.
