We arrived around 5:30 p.m. The lady who seated people told us that there was no room, even though the restaurant was empty. After finally getting a table, we ordered our drinks and an appetizer. We were never offered glasses of water. Around 6:40 p.m., still no news of our main courses. So we asked the lady who was seating people, and she told us that the kitchen was in full swing (the restaurant was not yet full) and that no one could do anything about it. What is strange is that tables that arrived well after us were served well before. After another 15-20 minutes of waiting, our waitress came to inform us that the kitchen had never received our order due to a lack of paper for the printer. But why did all the other tables receive their orders then? Also, no one asked us if it was to our liking, if we wanted water or dessert. I could hear the other tables around us saying the plates weren't good, so I understand why we weren't asked, but it would have been the least we could do. Because we weren't satisfied either. In short, a very unpleasant experience. I absolutely do not recommend.

If you love waiting on an average evening, go! Staff almost runs, but most inefficient you will see. After an hour wait before food comes out of the kitchen, we were wondering who runs it. Bar needs to be staffed also. This is weird.

I came here to eat a delicious half nachos without olives, I considered the price a little expensive for this, but I was treated to very nice service with you. In addition, there was little waiting, only for the preparation of the food and the staff were really helpful and polite.

Un endroit qu'on aimait bien, mais qui a beaucoup changé depuis plusieurs années, selon nous. Les plats qu'on aimait bien ont disparus du menu. Actuellement, le menu est globalement composé de burgers. L'ambiance n'est plus comme avant, le resto était plutôt vide les dernières fois que nous sommes allés. Mais, le personnel est toujours très sympathique!

We wanted to have dinner as a family. It was a very quiet Sunday evening at 5 p.m. The girl at the entrance places us at a table, we wait 25 minutes without being served. I saw at least 3 waitresses chatting at the bar so I went towards them to ask for service. They each went their separate ways when I approached the bar. Finally we left without eating and without being served.This seems to be a recurring problem because the week before we went to eat and after receiving the bill it took 30 minutes before paying. The waiter said he had forgotten us.
