I deleted my old review which dates back 2-3 years (problem in my orders) I made a special request to have the Bufallo poutine which is no longer on the menu and pizza salvatoré from Riviere-du-loup made me exactly the same bufallo poutine from before! A big thank you, I really appreciate it!

$37 for a large peperonni pizza that was 50% crust, was covered in flour, with a small bottle of pepsi, and a delivery that arrived a half hour late.
Catastrophic….
We order online, 1 hour later still nothing...
We called and told us that the delivery had been made but we received nothing... We ended up receiving it after 1h40, obviously they didn't think it was wise to redo it, it was cold...
We call for a refund, they pick up directly then they hang up and after that it's impossible to reach them... Seriously, the customer service at the Rivière-du-Loup restaurant is catastrophic..

Salvator from Rivière-du-Loup, seriously order online at 4:30, arrive at 5:30 ok so far but the delivery man from 1 did not have his machine to pay even if I had selected card payment, forget a pizza now We've been waiting for two hours with our first pizza on the stove because the children's pizzas are missing
Ordered a pizza to be delivered to Rivière-du-Loup at 12:20 p.m. on January 2, 2025, spoke to 3 different people on a telephone exchange, in Tombooktou I imagine, 2:20 p.m. still not received! VERY BAD SERVICE!
