The underrated ++ canteen in the region. The service is much faster than those of Rivière+du-Loup. The burgers are excellent, the pizza tasty and generous and I'm not talking about the creamery part which isn't bitten either. I really like going to Le Régal. At dinner time, I have time to go there, order, eat at normal speed and get back to work. All this in an hour, it's really appreciated to eat something good and not take two eternities to be served. Two strange things:
Asking for drinks on the Interac machine when you even have to go get your food without any table service.
The recipe for the “all dressed” hot dog was not conventional. No cabbage, no mustard, no onions ?
