Worst customer service. You are not giving free food and don't have right to scream on our kids. If you want to tell something to kids tell them slowly and not to scare kids with your behavior. Food also worst and service is not worth of 1 star. Guys don't visit this place

Today, December 26, 2024, we went to eat at Subway on Armand Theriault in Riviere du Loup and I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the employees. No smile, no tack with a stupid look. It took forever to get served. I don't understand there were 3 employees and the restaurant was full but the manager was too busy making her bread and taking her break during the rush hour. And what's more, the mother of one of the employees arrived and disturbed her son during the rush. This is unacceptable

5 linen to wait in front of the staff without a single hello in response to mine.
No one looked at me or even said hello. Yet I am not invisible but no welcome. So I left and I will no longer be a customer... too bad....
