Today, December 26, 2024, we went to eat at Subway on Armand Theriault in Riviere du Loup and I am very disappointed with the service and the attitude of the employees. No smile, no tack with a stupid look. It took forever to get served. I don't understand there were 3 employees and the restaurant was full but the manager was too busy making her bread and taking her break during the rush hour. And what's more, the mother of one of the employees arrived and disturbed her son during the rush. This is unacceptable

5 linen to wait in front of the staff without a single hello in response to mine.
No one looked at me or even said hello. Yet I am not invisible but no welcome. So I left and I will no longer be a customer... too bad....

No customer contact spent the time of my order talking to his colleague, did not offer anything extra. Put me in the door :0 not the first time….

Arrogant and brash red haired employee, all he did was complain that there were too many people, the vegetable compartments were empty, the sauces were empty, and he didn't even cut my 12 inch in 2! Having an employee like that is a shame and I hope he is fired.

They refused to heat my submarine! he doesn't put a lot of meat...

I don't know, I didn't go. my friend did though. he got a bad sandwich, not cuz subway is bad, just his order is bad. also he took longer there than I did going to 3 different stores

I came here to eat an Italian BMT sandwich at the same time sipping on some soft drinks. In addition, I had good service from you and it was very fast. In addition, the cleanliness of the business was very good when I ate here and there was almost no traffic that morning.
