Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. The two young people spoke french as a first language which is perfectly fine. My family is english-french with english as our first language. My family spoke english but will speak french when necessary. The young boy told us he spoke english so that was great! His efforts to communicate were excellent and he was fast paced. The problem was the young woman. While making our subs she never acknowledged or responded to anything we said. No smile, no hello. When she put in our order we were sure to say thank you in french and english. She responded to neither. Her attitude towards us and customers that followed was terrible. The problem wasn’t a language barrier. She blatantly ignored my entire family no matter the language we spoke. Terrible customer service.

Two kids running the place won’t accept Subway coupons; obviously they can’t understand the coupon which was in English. The coupon read as follows:“Not valid on Sub of the Day at participating Kingston, North Bay, Ottawa, Sudbury, Sault Ste Marie, Timmons & Peterborough restaurants. For in restaurants orders only. Plus applicable tax. Not for sale. No cash value. Coupon must be surrendered with purchase. One time use. One coupon per qualifying item(s). Cannot be combined with promotional offers. Void if transferrred, sold, auctioned, reproduced, purchased or altered & where prohibited..”No mention that the coupon wasn’t valid in Quebec! Then, they decided they should charge us full price for an in-store combo. Pathetic undertrained kids run this place.
