The sushi was good, although the portions were much less generous than before, thin to the point of having difficulty holding oneself while taking them. But it was the service that tasted the least good. Area restaurateurs are generally tolerant when we enter a place with a happy feast (our youngest is still developing his tastes). We are also understanding if this causes discomfort for the restaurant owner. But before today, this had never been expressed to us in such a stupid and hasty way, when we had just spent on a $50 meal that stuck in our throats. I regret leaving a tip. You have lost 4 customers and we will make other choices than the Sushi shop when we want sushi in the future.

My recent visit to the Sushi Shop in Rivière-du-Loup was an unfortunately disappointing experience. The sushi clearly lacked flavor, as if the ingredients had forgotten to show up. But the most unacceptable point? Lawyers. They were just not ripe – tough, tasteless and completely inedible. For such an essential ingredient, that’s hard to excuse.

The bubble tea was another disappointment. The tapioca bubbles, clearly prepared too far in advance, disintegrated in the beverage. And it took them 20 minutes to prepare it. Twenty minutes. I understand that there is no fire, but this borders on the absurd.

In summary, after waiting 30 minutes in take-out for an order that did not deliver as promised, I am not sure I want to try the experience again. Too bad, because the potential was there.

I ordered sushi and it was inedible. After eating 1 I went to return them and as they were too busy they didn't make them again or refund me. After several calls I gave up on the refund.
The person did not know how to make sushi and had not been trained. 0 quality and 0 customer service.

I'm a pro of bubble tea, it's my favorite drink, I was very disappointed when I tasted the tapioca pearls which were absolutely disgusting, I'm not used to being rude but this is it. is the straw that broke the camel's back I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

having the impression of disturbing the 3 elderly people who are there… so unpleasant that I will never set foot there again. just for that I will go to Yuzu at the top of town. the old manager is super unpleasant and she must have forgotten her smile and kindness somewhere

What bad service.... the person at the counter only had two vocabulary words: yes or no... no explanation no smile.... I took an already ready tray which must have been there for a long time the panko had become soggy. In short, very bad experience
