Very disappointing service Order a cappuccino Received an ICED cappuccino mentioned that this was not what I asked for. The lady insists that’s what I said, looking stupid. Then ask for a box of mixed Tim Bits. Here again, on a box of 20, 80% festive cake and a few chocolates. Disappointing service, lack of consideration for the customer. Very disappointing.

Attendre 20 minutes pour 20 timbits et 2 café, c'est pas vraiment la faute des quatres employés mais plutôt du gérant qui laisse quatres employés un samedi de la longue fin de semaine de la fête du Canada. La Covid est fini là, les jeunes sont pas à l'école en ce moment, il n'y a pas la pénurie de main d'oeuvre comme il y a 2 ans... Le McDonald du centre-ville hier un vendredi soir avait au moins le double du personnel sinon plus, on parle du même salaire là... Forcez-vous les Tims! Ça commence à faire dur votre affaire!
