Ordering at the wheel I order a vegetarian burger I receive a buddy burger the person says you order and I reply no its a veggie.... We don't have any veg here... ah a beyong its not the same... they don't want to refund me... no manager tries to charge me the difference is wrong want to charge me $1 more.... finally I have my cold burger.....

Arrived in 25 mins... still not my order. Great need for training.
I went inside at 3 a.m. there was not another person inside and I waited a good 5 minutes waiting in front of the cash register without anyone showing up or showing me that it was ready to receive my order. (There was no one else in the restaurant or at the drive-thru and there were at least 5 people in the back)

I love A&W.The service has improved considerably recently, much fewer errors, unfortunately the hours do not correspond to the posted opening hours, sometimes they close 30 minutes before, sometimes 2 hours before the scheduled time, nothing is displayed anywhere .When it is closed outside posted times, nothing indicates it, all the lights are on and the terminal is open, we stupidly wait and no one responds, even if the vehicle in front may have passed just before.Several times I went specifically to eat there around 8:30 in the evening and the posted time was closing at 10 p.m. and when I arrived it was closed. This never happens with the competition, so it's incomprehensible, and I often have to go there because I don't have a restaurant open during normal opening hours.
