First visit and surely the last.First of all, the places are beautiful and the decor is magnificent. Beautiful reception rooms.The service is very good.To have a drink there ok!The dining experience absolutely does not live up to the bill.The kitchen is not capable of serving more than a few dishes at the same time, which makes it unthinkable for a group to eat the starter or main course all together, the next wave of service is 7-8 minutes later as well right now.Those who ate the melted parmesan, it was served cold.We informed the waitress.My main course was served in a cast iron skillet.The food was cold and even the metal pan had not been heated.Once again, we notified the waitress who even touched the pan.To find that it was very cold!We were a group of around thirty people and unfortunately I was not the only one with this problem.Almost half of the group, but there were 6 of us who insisted that the manager be notified.This one made us wait around twenty minutes, because it seems that she doesn't have much power...We were entitled to a credit on consumption.So for sure the price of a soft drink.At $100 per person apart from tip, I expect to eat better than in a fast food restaurant!

This restaurant is quite simply the best in Lac-St-Jean. The servers are very knowledgeable about their menu and provide impeccable service. This is the third time I've been there, and I've never been disappointed. There could be more vegetarian options to suit more people, but otherwise my partner and family loved the meat dishes. Plus the drinks are absolutely excellent. Quality +++ I highly recommend.

A friend recommended the log driver who was on our way home. We booked a Saturday evening without problem for 7 p.m., no waiting, nothing. Arrival at the venue wow the atmosphere, the service offered by the host as well as our incredible waitress. We also discovered their new “butcher shop style” meat shop, the products offered, but above all the quality and the price left us speechless!!! An affordable price for everyone with magnificent products. We bought a piece of meat, the owners of which took the trouble to put it all in the fridge so that we could have dinner in complete peace of mind, given that we still had a 2 hour drive to go. An attention that gave us great pleasure. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. It is undoubtedly a next meeting for us with friends and family members to show them this magnificent place.
