delivery. I ordered eggs benedict and I did not receive any sauce. I tried to call 3 times in a space of 30 minutes and the lady always put me on hold! I explained to him that I would like to have my sauce and maybe he would make me a plate again given that mine was soft and cold given the difficulty in reaching them, she only replied "the delivery man will bring you your sauce bye"

Monday December 16. Thanks to the super friendly young waitress. The pizza was delicious I recommend

Très mauvais service nous étions un groupe de 20 personnes , 45 min pour avoir une bière 1h pour les plats nous étions seul dans le restaurant , certaines personne on jamais eu leur plats et on du quitter bref gros manque de formations du gérant et des serveurs ... Aucun travail d'équipe on devait aller les serveurs dans la cuisine ou au comptoir pour avoir un 2e pichets ..

Orders a fried chicken delivery and receives half full sauce, calls and the operator says the kitchen has filled the sauce and at worst ask for another sauce next time because they don't send the delivery guy for sauce then that I was in the next street.

Young lady unable to take a telephone order correctly, she half-listens so I didn't get what I ordered and it cost me $10 more... And it looks like cutting the pizza is optional.. I understand not unheard of!

Poor quality service. Waitress who had no smile, no interpersonal skills, very little service, first name starting with B.
The country plate with vegetables; the sauce was really not good, the vegetables were bathed in fat. I ate barely 1/3 of my plate. $23 and I had to eat when I got home. Not ready to go back...

We booked for 25 people. The restaurant was not busy. The service was not the best. In general, people were rather disappointed with their dishes. Lack of taste. Ex: regular pizza etc. We will not return there unfortunately.

Our pizza was cold, we were very disappointed

Very disappointed with the service: 55 minutes of waiting for the pizza menu and the shrimp and lobster poutine, in fact there were lobster crumbs and some shrimp which can be counted on your fingertips for $25. The waitress (the lady of a certain age with glasses) was neither smiling nor helpful, bordering on unpleasant. I don't recommend.

After having a bad experience at another restaurant in the area, we arrived at this restaurant quite late.
We received a lovely warm and smiling welcome!
The waitress was really friendly, efficient and with a great sense of humor.
The food was good, the pizza a little too much dough around the edges but made with good product.
The coffee was excellent and so was the service!
There were 9 of us that day, two families, so two bills, we each gave a 20% tip, it was deserved.

Good lunch. I loved the homemade jam. Very easy to access and ample free parking. The employees are very welcoming.
