Wrap poorly closed, disgusting table, my friend asked for a wrap and we forgot to make it for her, my other friend had to ask for her drink and her remaining order

I'm not the type to leave reviews on Google, but... Firstly, I do mobile orders to avoid mistakes, and each time there are missing products? Is it possible to put them in shortages on your application? Secondly, I don't have to ask for whipped cream on my iced cappuccino, it comes with it and what's more, it never tastes the same. The customer service is terrible! I was shouted at when I arrived at the order terminal “YES YOUR ORDER”. I get judged by the same girl because I order an almond milk latte and ask to put 1 cream on the side. For whatever reason, you don't tell the customer "yes but you ordered me almond milk". I pay more for almond milk too. I have worked in fast food for almost 7 years now, and I believe that this is not a problem with the employees but with the management. Where is the “Hello can I take your order” “You can move forward!”. I miss having good, fast, courteous and efficient service.

I was at the drive-thru with friends, looking forward to dinner. When we went to pick up our order, an employee in a brown sweater, gray hair, in his sixties shouted at us saying that if he gave us the wrong order It was our fault, but it was nothing other than our fault, because we confirmed the correct order before paying. I am very disappointed with this employee and because of him, me and my friends had a very bad dinner.

J'ai eu ma pire expérience premièrement je suis arriver je ne comprenais absolument rien à se qui me disait après lorsque je suis arriver pour payer on m'a gueuler dessus en disant que cétait de ma faute à avoir fait attendre toute la ligne et on m'a donner pas du tout la bonne commande. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette place pire expérience de ma vie!!!

First Tim Hortons experience, and probably the last. The waitress at the counter is extremely unpleasant, not a smile that sends you off at high speed without a polite word (even though there were few people). She even has the nerve to criticize us behind our backs because we didn't know how this food thing worked since we are French.
Note the effort made on the Halloween decoration.
And passable food, fast food.

A meal and a breakfast in 2 days: each time errors, forgotten products the first time and the second an invoicing of duplicate products, but it was resolved each time. Maybe our French accent doesn't help with understanding.

It's not clean, you walk into Tim Horton's and there are leaves everywhere. After entering, the tables were not cleaned, the floor had all the papers and other things lying around on the floor and finally the bins were full and even the cashier wanted to offer me a muffin which had fallen on the floor
