I need to update my review: the food quality has improved however they dnt warn you that they charge 4$ for shredded cheese per plate. I ended up paying 8$ for shredded cheese for me & my kid. The bill ended being 65$ before tip for an adult and child. This is unacceptable, these agressive charges should not be allowed or at least inform your client before you steel their money!
Previous comment from 2022: I went to allo mon coco place Rosemère today and it was horrribleee! I waited 1 hour to get the food my 2 year old was hungry and when we received the food it was cold and disgusting. The waitress did acknowledge they were short staffed in the kitchen and that the manager was helping cook in the back hence the reason the food was cold and bad! Never again I will step foot in that place! Zero service à la clientèle et mauvaise qualité! Please don’t waste your money and time!

We went for the first time this Saturday morning.
Nice place, but it was very busy. The waiting time was a little long, but nothing that was dramatic (we're not here to rush!).
The portions were very generous for the price, but cheaper, smaller options would have been appreciated: it's a shame to waste food.
We had a problem when it came time to pay...they don't even take Allo gift cards! My Coco! Luckily we had another card to pay with, but it's really ridiculous to not even take your own gift cards... We can't get them refunded either. We are told that we "need to go to another Allo! Mon Coco"...
Well, I’m not even sure I want to do that with this kind of service! No, what a far-fetched suggestion for a restaurateur. 🤦♂️

We had to ask for our coffee It took a long time to order The plate arrived lukewarm without toast, we received them when we were almost finished I received hot bread, not roasted and moderately buttered.

J’y suis allé pour déjeuner, je suis un homme qui a un gros appétit. La portion de mon déjeuner était excellente, j’en suis sorti très rassasié… mais ce qui m’a impressionné le plus, c’est l’excellent service que la serveuse « Nadia » m’a donné. Toujours souriante et sympathique, je me suis senti très bien accueilli et vraiment bien servi.
