I liked the food. The omelette was very good but the roughly cubed potatoes fried in oil would be better sautéed.I deplore the lack of education of the waitress who addresses the customer in the impersonal form “On”! It is very insulting to be treated like this. In French, there is tu or vous to talk to people. The “We” does not indicate recognition of the person.

Went there , waited approx 10-15min for multiple people coming up to us saying “did anyone serve you yet” while we’re waiting for a table. At the end , we started hearing the waitress saying don’t put them on my section ..? If I were to describe that specific allô mon coco in one word.. unprofessional. Listen , if you aren’t happy with your job .. change jobs but with that attitude you should not consider any service a la clientele job.I guess that allô mon coco hires anyone :)Oh I left the restaurant after they failed to provide a seat when there were many seats open :)

Don't go if you don't speak French they will sit you down with your menu, take newer customers orders and leave you there for 20 minutes without even acknowledging you.

The service was very goodJust very disappointed with the portion of fruit, I love fruit and I always choose my lunches accordingly. There were just bananas, melon and cantaloupe plus an old strawberry cut into a thin slice and a piece of orange that was not edible. we dare to put it on the plateMy experience with other franchises has been much betterThe only positive was the awesome and attentive waitressBut the kitchen very disappointing received cold and dry toast

Besides the smoothie which was really good... Everything else left something to be desired! The bene eggs were overcooked and not runny, the smoked salmon was cooked and really not good, the fruit was not ripe and the service was 0! We had to ask twice for glasses of water even though we had been there for 30 minutes. The kitchen is really slow.Very disappointed with this place...

We went to this restaurant on Sunday February 11th. It wasn't busy, we only waited 5 minutes in line. We were offered a table. The waitress came within 20 minutes to take our orders. Usually, we don't wait that long to receive our drinks after the waitress took the order but this time it took her 20 minutes to bring us our drinks. (That's 40 minutes until then) The couple who were before us in line already had their dishes. They finished their meal and we still hadn't received ours... we calculated the time. 1 hour 45 minutes of waiting for nothing because we left. Honestly the worst service and yet in St-Jérôme or Terrebonne the service is impeccable... Find solutions to your problems because you are in a strategic sales location and you will lose big if your service continues like this...

The server was very nice and efficient, but frankly the kitchen phew we asked for a plate with a pancake the plate arrived with a French toast and the server said sorry the cook put a French toast because there were no more pancakes on waiter was uncomfortable with the situation, I said the cook could have asked instead of deciding for us frankly there had to be a manager to resolve the situations and I believe that good management would be how a lunch restaurant can run out of crepes on a Sunday and frankly it wasn't the big rushThanks to the server for his exemplary service

Waiter was excellent. They accidentally brought me a vegetarian omelet with cheese despite cheese not being on the menu. Once I mentioned this, they brought me a vegetarian omelet without cheese and my meal was good. No complaints about the meal. However, they charged me an extra $3.50 for cheese I didn't order which I paid (I only realized this afterward). If you go to this location, check the menu and bill carefully. Otherwise, don't go as they may scam you.

Hello my friend in Rosemère. We were two people, there was a small waiting line, finally our turn arrived, the waitress took our order 15 minutes later. She didn't even offer a glass of water, something the other waitresses did. 45 minutes later our order arrived, everything was cold!!! The crepes turned upside down and undercooked. You had to ask for towels and coffee because she doesn't offer anything. Very disappointing. Our customer next door, there was a thread about 15 long on his plate!

I have been a long time customer at the AMC in Ste Dorothée which for me is a top franchise.You would think that the franchise in Rosemere would be as good..ohhh nooo mon coco..Cold eggs,cold and over cooked sausages and their potatoes that are so good in the other location were ordinary cubes that were cold and dry.I never understood that if your resto is full of customers,should'nt your high volume make it that the food you serve should be hot and fresh?Service was top for coffee refills,good thing as we waited for our plates.So mes Cocos...choose your Allo Mon Coco carefully...not all Coco's are the same..you got to break some eggs to make great omelette.Aurevoir mon Coco!!
